Bio

The Honorable Jack F. Quinn, Jr. is the Senior Advisor for Public & Community Relations for Barclay Damon. Mr. Quinn has more than 40 years of experience in higher education, advising on public policy, and in government, including serving the community of Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs for over 12 years as a United States Congressman for the 27th Congressional District. Most recently he was President of Erie Community College, where he presided over three campuses of approximately 16,000 students and 2,000 employees.

Mr. Quinn has been the recipient of numerous service-related awards, including Compeer’s Western New York Vision Award, SUNY Buffalo’s Graduate School of Education Distinguished Alumni, and being named one of Buffalo Business First’s Most Influential Business Leaders. He joined the HIT Board of Trustees in 2005 and is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee.

He is a graduate of Siena College and the State University of New York at Buffalo.
