Aaron Prince serves as Regional Director – Marketing for the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust (HIT). Mr. Prince works with current and potential HIT investors and their consultants, primarily in the west.

Mr. Prince rejoins the HIT with more than 27 years of experience in institutional fixed income investment management, marketing, and brokerage. Prior to joining the HIT in 2023, Mr. Prince was at DoubleLine Capital. His former experience includes Western Asset Management, AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, Credit Suisse First Boston, Bear Stearns and the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Prince was previously with the HIT between 1997 and 2007 in a variety of roles including the position of Regional Director.

Mr. Prince obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
